NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM!

Many of you will already know that we have moved all our telephone systems over to VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol). This ensures that customers will be transferred to the next available member of staff automatically. After initial teething problems in early December 2006, the system now appears to be working as it should.
